Question: Dumping fully refined artifact set into new set

I recently purchesed the demon set and wanted to dump my fully refined lostmauth set into it but was unsure weather or not I should wait for a double refinement event. I remember hearing somewhere that dumping one artifact item into another is automaticaly double refinement points, can someone confirm this for me?

pretty sure it will say on the tooltip for the item:
'always double refinement'

it says in certain artifact tooltips on PC ,anyway.

Twisted weapons state Double, as for the relic weapons, demo set it doesn't state always double and I don't really rank up Neck, belts, n' weapons that often to tell ya the true answer. :P

yes, it is always 2x RP.

You also lose 20% of the RP Value invested in your feeder belt/cloak/weapons.

Thanks for the advice guys but my impulsive nature got the better of me. I ended up exchanging my lostmauth set for valindras set at the relic vendor (Valindras artifact is power just like Orcus) and dumping it into then demon set. I dont regret it my damage has sky rocketed but its gonna cost me some AD in the long run. Thanks everyone who commented! ☺
