Question about Arc

Hello,

First of all, I'm sorry if this is not the right place for the question I'm going to ask, but I did not know where to do it. My question is about Arc.

After logging in Arc, in my profile it shows "Total playing time on Arc: none" and in the same window, under the "My Games" section shows "Neverwinter played for none". What does none refer to? . I have to say that since I registered to create an Arc Games account about a month ago, I have played many hours on different days in Neverwinter.

I've tried to start the game by using Arc instead of using the launcher that comes with Neverwinter and until the character's selection screen, no problem. But, when I clicked on the button to enter the game, my screen turned black and I was not able to enter the game. Well, it doesn't matter. I asked the question out of curiosity. Thank you for your answer.
