Relic Armor from FBI Chest

So the chest inside the left chest was taken away and the drop rate on relic armor was supposedly increased. I got drops when we had the chest inside the chest but now after the changes I haven't received a single piece of relic gear. are the relic armor drops bugged now? I thought drop rate was supposed to be increased now? It's not easy to get a group for FBI and the dungeon takes quite a while to complete, only to get nothing in the chest every time. I still need the head and arms and it feels like it's never going to drop. have a friend thats completed FBI 30+ times since the changes and hasn't received a single drop.

Any one else having this problem?

I've had a piece, head (twice), arms and chest in most runs since the update. Unfortunately all Raid and I want Restoration.

at least you've gotten something. I haven't seen a relic armor drop since the update...
