The coolest artifact in the game went from doing 82,492 damage to 27,956. This thing needs serious help, It just tickles things when the meteors hit them. A definite step backwards in making this game awesome. Now if every meteor that hit also created symbols of water on the ground, causing massive death destruction. That would even be an improvement from what it is at the moment.

Meh, I'm bummed out by the fact that I got mine out of a lucky lockbox when it was a legendary only artifact. Now, Chromatic Storm is super common.

Anyways, Chromatic Storm was changed was becuase its debuff (alongside its damage) scaled with your buffs and debuffs.

Personally, I wish the meteors actually LANDED ON THEIR TARGET. The artifact can barely hit large targets (ex: Losty) and plain misses on smaller (moving) targets.
