I know.... I know...
This Rec Rock HE has been knackered since Moses was a boy...
But how about this?
If you can't or won't fix it... take it out of the rotation so that its not running utterly pointlessly for nigh on quarter of an hour when something that actually works could be running in its place?
As much as I'd like to see it either fixed or replaced with something new, I'm not daft enough to think such attention will be lavished on something so old. So just let one of the existing HEs fire in its place... basically like it does now but without the 15 minute wait.
