(PC) Game client now opening at log in page with shift key

All of a sudden the game client is opening at the login page when I press the shift key.My password consists of Capital letters.Of course I could use cap lock,but I would like to know how to change it,and why exactly it does this all of a sudden.Weird.Anyway,much appreciated for any help,thanks in advance.
