It seems, that many ppl have spent their stored keys and had to adapt, to run more dungeons. The result is, that many slap some enchants on alts and que for every available dungeon.
Good for them, you could say, but imo it destroyed random que system. Before these changes the PUG groups were not the cream of the crop, but what I see now is a joke. No weapon enchant, no armor enchant, artifact gear at lvl 1, 2k IL and up it goes to CN.
I know, that there are 2k groups, who can complete CN and good players can strip down to 2k and nail it. This are not the ppl running now. I asked some of these 2k GFs, to use ITF for the speed/dmg buff. No response. I asked DCs for DG, AA, BtS or HG, no response. If ppl cant be bothered, to put one RP into their gear, I would think, that they have no boons except SH boons (some of these guys were in R 20 guilds).
I dont need an advice to join an active guild/ alliance. I am in a guild with 150 members and a rank +200 alliance. I just liked to run PuG some times, for the fun of it or bc I did not want to search for a group.
The system of random que is great and could provide a service for solo players or small guilds. As it is, these ppl are out of luck. They get grouped with leechers, hoping for the 3.5k-BIS player to come along and solo the dungeon for them.
They could adjust the min IL for public que and remove it for private que. This way a premade group can try whatever they want with any gear and the public que group has a decent chance to get a group able to finish the dungeon.
Chars: CW, DC, GF, GWF, HR and TR.

My concern is, that this development will ruin pubic que once and for all and a higher min IL is more investment and hopefully the player dedicate more time to this chars, if they did pump some ADs into them.
All of my LS alts have +2k IL from R7s, leftover twisted weapons, account bound gear, class artifact and character bound RPs, but 2.5k IL need some refinement, some investment and hopefully some time spent on this character.
These are the ppl the low IL hurts. He was good enough to contribute and to finish the run, but not geared enough, to carry a group of min IL PuGs.
