"disable visuals (Y)"???

While discussion about "Dragonborn" and "helmet", I come across a unknown term..."disable visuals (Y)". During the game, everytime I press "Y" I get "Zen Market"...How does it work?

My bad, I meant that you can disable visuals *thumbs up*.
Just right click on the helmet in character window and there should be a 'disable visuals' option
