Is the temporary health generated by Templars Wrath capped? Can infinity gain temp health?

The sky is the limit. There's no cap for Temp HP, but it won't stack from multiple attacks with TW. If the damage dealt by TW generates more Temp HP than you already have you get that amount of Temp HP, if it's less you get nothing and stay with amount of Temp HP you already had.
