Inconsistent damage on TR

Since the new patch I've noticed my damage is inconsistent. I generally lashing blade for about 190,000-210,000, and my at-wills hit for about 25,000 to 35,000 damage when my self buffs are going (mainly companions gift).
Since the patch I've been seeing many lashing bladed hit for less than 90,000 and my at-wills hit for 7,000 to 9,000 damage.
I'm not sure what is causing the fluctuation and it happens in many different settings (thrones, CN, overworld).
