Relic Gear, Fishing, Heroics. Questions

Hey, sorry if there are already fourms answering these questions, but my google-fu isnt as strong when it comes to neverwinter and getting information, so hopefully someone can help a nub out.

1. Where do you get the relic gear at? I know doing the Heroics in the first area's (loneywoods, byrn, ect) and they dont drop in the new area...what about the other gear?
2. Im doing the new area's fishing, Whats the difference from fishing in a school of fish, and the H.E. Fishing I see people spamming chat about constantly?
3. Fishing out in the open or Fishing in Schools for getting maps? I only gotten one so far.
4. I know there are hundreads of topics on the lanoline' drop rate, but my question is more about the items for the relic restoration of the weapons, the exotic (purple) item needed, for me I need some mistletoe, is it just like a 1% drop rate from any heroic or is it found as a reward from a specific heroic?
5. Why cant I get boots to drop? I been trying for quite some time while trying to get Lanoline, but have yet to get a drop on these boots.

My understanding is that relic gear is a loot reward inside the FBI dungeon. As for the fishing schools, depending on the area determines which rare (blue) fish are available to gut for restoration resources. Also, better area to get maps in a bottle. These maps are used to find buried treasure that cab also give you restoration and relic refinement items.

FBI...blah im like 400 gs off from even attempting that place sadness
I need to find out where I need to be fishing I find a random one and fish there for abit, or until I find a bottle, I found one got aton of fish inside of it ...odd thing to keep inside a chest.
