Underdark campaign token unavailable to buy

I don't know why, but I'm not able to purchase the Underdark campaign token in the zen market. All the other campaigns are available to buy, just this one is greyed out and it says this character is unable to purchase this item.

I have the first book unlocked, really don't want to do the rest.

So i tried another character that didn't have any completed underdark tasks. Same thing. Underdark. Unable to check with any other characters because they've already completed the campaign.

Any ideas?

    Do you have to complete the introductory quest first? Not 100% sure but I think you go to PE and speak to Captain Jannis (or something). He's towards the bottom right of the map.

    If not try submitting a ticket to Arc.

    Yeah, like i said i have the first boon unlocked already. I'll do that and submit a ticket
