Settings reset upon character change/log out

Since the update on xbox one, my settings under "options" change every time I log out and log back in or change character. It turns back on camera shake, and it says my controller sensitivity is at 5, but it is clearly not. I change the sensitivity and camera shake and save every time I switch characters to make the game playable. Multiple people have told me they have the same issue. Camera shake resets loging into character everytime. Its very irritating.
