Sea of Moving Ice HE's

Not sure if this is me just having bad luck or not, but the HE's just seem really terriable to farm any of the restoration items required. The Treasure maps are definitely the way to from dragon mount if ya are after it. I put about roughly 5 hours into the HE's yesterday and go about.... 4 Dragon moult and the everlasting water thingy for the main-hand? While doing Treasure maps the day before I got around 14-16 in about the same time, along with a bunch of other goodies. Mind you the HE's don't give Lanolin, 95% of the time your just getting rep for the Giants, R5, and a tiny bit of Vblod. :P Good job at making me want to fish, but improve the HE's to be worth while doing than me just going out and buying the HE's supplies from the market.
