I can not sell or refine items

Please help me i dont know what to do. I can not sell or refine items i have multiple of such as enchantments peridots or even potions if i have more than one i can not sell or refine it the confirm (A button) is greyed out. Please help me.

    I am having issues with anyone in the guild being able to deposit any items in the Guild Bank. I have adjusted the settings that should allow anyone to deposit or withdrawal items and that is simply not happening. I would appreciate any help you could give me thank you

    I bought 10,000 zen for the steam wallet over a week ago, and the game is not allowing me to sell for diamonds. The game is checking my purchase so far. Can someone help me ?
