Please HELP! I can not refine or sell items.

I am pretty new to neverwinter been playing a little over a month love the game but after this new update i can not sell items on the auction house or refine items that i have multiple of. For instance when i try to sell or refine an enchantment i have 30 of the confirm (A button) is greyed out. Please please please help me.
