The key is bound to account, yet I am unable to move it to my shared bank. I couldn't test to see if it would go into the personal bank space (which is full).
This should be able to go into the shared bank.

.....and as a follow-up, I have a stack of Legendary Dragon Keys and Strongbox Keys already in my shared bank space, and I am unable to move them from one slot to another in the shared bank.
M.k. here- yes you should still be able to mail them, just like crafting tools/ ingredients/ assets. We agree it's not the most facile way, but currently a system we have in game that works.
I'll have to go online later tonight to check, but I believe we're allowed to split stacks in our professions tab, so you can send a smaller amount rather than the whole stack.
Given the well-known and documented intermittent spottiness of the mail system (I've lost stuff, I know many others have as well) I think it's unreasonable to ask folks to send full stacks.
As a compromise, @mimicking#6533 can you look into enabling splitting stacks on the "useful stuff" tab?
We are looking into both splitting stacks when you mail, as well as a way to transfer to your shared bank. The hope is to have one or both of these options up and running soon. Soon can seem like a vague word. In reality it means pretty much the following: Getting Programmer and UI time (if needed) on the schedule, building the application(s), adjusting any items or rewards tables needed on the design end, testing, tuning, then getting it up into our build cycle. Depending on priority of schedules already in the works, we will work on getting this on the table. And that's why sometimes I just say, "soon".
