Missing loot/same loot

Running dungeons today, elol, valandras, noticed that i was getting tje same exact loot from each chest with only 1 actually giving me loot.
I do have the keys for the dungeons just not sure whats going

I got exactely same issue yestersday..... got same drop in the 2 chest, but actually found only one in my inventory.... kind of unfair..
