Divine call drain ps4

I noticed on my first dungeon run since the update my divine call wasn't filling up it would hit the 3rd node then drop down not sure if it was graphical or caused by skills. I am a Devo pally and was running vow and bond with smite in ELoL.

Yep. It is happening to me as well on PC. Vow and Bond with either RA or Bane.
