Chest locked - says no key but I have - FBI

I just completed Fang breaker island and was unable to open either chest even though I had both keys. When I hovered the mouse over the one chest it said I needed to buy a legendary key or have an Ancient Runic key, which I had multiples of both. Anyone else seen this problem?

    you probably took the key from the campaign menu after you started in FBI. Or from the bank or mail via VIP after entering FBI.
    AFAIK you need to have the FBi key or a legendary key in your inventory when you enter the instance.
    I might be wrong, though.

    Same thing has gappened to me and a few others in elol. Tried to take the keys out of the bank after killing the dragon. Couldn't open the chest.
