Feat points tokens rewards

Hi again. Many times I wonder if I should have choosen different paragon or different builds for some characters. I was thinking if it should be overpowering to get more than 70 feat points and be able to spend them in no paragon feats and paragon feats or develop paragon feats rewards tokens and no paragon feats rewards tokens but maybe doing this, some characters would be overpowered, so I would like to hear your opinions about this.

Not to mention that having a way of gaining feat points negates any reason at all to be human. It would also deviate from source material, which the license giver may not like.
