Mail management

I'm not sure if this topic is already discussed but I would like to ask if it would be possible 2 features with mail:

1.- Little bit more mailbox size. I have several characters and I often send loot items from one character to another. My shared bank is full and many times I find mailbox fills faster than I expect. Maybe could be a vip additional feature?
2.- Could you develop something to mark several mails and delete them from once and not going just one by one?

    This is 2017. There is no multi-select.

    This feature has been requested since the dawn of Neverwinter@Cryptic in 2013. Good luck with your mission!

    For #1, they have just put further restriction regarding the number of mail that contains attachment recently.
    You are asking for more. I don't think they will do so.

    Yes, because people are using the mail system as additional storage. As such, it limits their ability to use the Auction House.

    It won't let me buy more shared bank slots.
