Chaotic Growth with Burning Guidance

Im not sold on switching from a SS Rene to a MoF Rene, but in my research I've been looking at the boons. I know from previous game play that I proc Chaotic Growth A LOT. Question is, does Burning Guidance proc off of a feat heal? Im sure from my OP that burning guidance works on companions etc, so thats a decent amount of damage each time. Has anyone on PC been able to test this yet? I know its been asked before, but that was several mods ago so I'm checking in again.
