A MOF's debuffs.. what affects them?

I have heard from that stacking power increases the amount of debuff a MOF can produce. I have tested using ACT and hitting dummies with both removing all my sources of power add and then putting them back on and I have not seen an increase in my effectiveness(several tests done each way). Am I missing something? Testing wrong? is there another stat to stack that could affect the potency of the debuff or are they just static in nature acting as straight percentages regardless of any other factors.

    Well @mercedesman it seems that the buffs are static in nature and not affected by things like crit and power. I am not 100% sure on this but from my testing this is what I have found

    Well @mercedesman it seems that the buffs are static in nature and not affected by things like crit and power. I am not 100% sure on this but from my testing this is what I have found

    None of them are effected by anything lol with the exception of prestidigitation XD

    Thanks brother.. you certainly would be the one to know.. I figured as much but just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something. Again, thanks for the input :)
