So frustrating...

No matter what I do. I experience bad techincal problems with the game! My internet and laptop work very well with every other game, but this one? It seems like every update that occurs it gets worse and worse. To the point that its unplayable for me and its very frustrating due to the fact I pay for VIP for the month and yet I will have to miss some days or even weeks because I cannot play this game! I've uninstalled the entire thing and reinstalled. I've lowered the settings to the lowest and same issues occur. I've tested my internet speeds and they are just fine! I've tested my system with other games and some of those games are heavy, yet they ran just fine. So is it this game? Is it Cryptic servers? What's going on?! Is anyone having similar issues as me? Will the upcoming update will help with these issues? I would love to play the game, but if it continues to behave this way? I will sadly have to let it go and venture out to other games... Please assure me with some answers so I can have somewhat hope!

Have you reinstall the game in a different folder ? if no try it.

i am having the same issue, i get into the game and it runs DECENT... and then the fps goes to 5-10 and stays there.

My PC should run the game perfectly.

Windows 10
AMD Fury
i5 6600
16gb ddr4 ram


I have uninstalled and reintalled the game multiple times, and it even tells me my gpu drivers are out of date (which they are NOT)

if you people want money, i suggest you actually TRY to inprove your game, but i guess with Neverwinter being in the consoles now, PC gamers are a low priority.

Actually it is not your computer .. it is not your fault .. Just they have terrible servers .. lots of laggs... especialy friday and weekends the game is almost unplayable ...your character is moving without you pushing W,S,A,D .... you are trying to land spells but your charcter actually never cast a spell even you push your (Q) to land it 3 times in a row and thats because of lagg ...... It is true . it is a nice game i love that game . but yes suffers a lot from laggs ... Terrible servers ... TERRIBLE !
