Why are sliders locked inthe appearance change menu?

I got an appearance change token, and not all of the sliders work, this kinda sux since ive paid for a race change on a different character and the same happened, also guildies have had the same issue.

This is a known issue. It should be fixed eventually, though I think there are probably higher priority issues. I will forward the report again.
