Duplicate Bound Mounts

When you already possess a mount in your stable, if you receive an identical bound mount, you will be unable to discard, sell, or add it to inventory. Over the past two days, since I've started participating in gift parties, I've already fallen victim to this bug four times - at this rate, I'm going to have over 20 bound mounts clogging up my inventory before the event ends. I simply don't have the bag space for this. I've submitted tickets but... ouch. I really don't know what to do about this.​​

I'm not sure whether I need to submit a ticket for each mount I get, or if one ticket for all works, or one for each type of mount I get? I'm so frustrated by this.
