Killing flames cooldown broken.

Tooltip shows 8.7s cooldown and with 4 points it should be 5.7s cooldown but instead shows 9s cooldown when using killing flames.

This needs to be fixed !
Warlock- Lv80. || Rogue - Lv80. || Wizard - Lv80. || Paladin - Lv80. || Cleric - Lv80. || Ranger - Lv70. || Barbarian - Lv70. || Fighter - Lv70.

    Base time is something like 15s. -4s = 11s. With your recovery it goes to 8.7s. which the game put at 9s. No bug here, just that you missunderstand the tooltip.

    It's written 10.7s to me with level 4, and I have 11s when using it.

    Ahh, didn't know the current recovery/recharge speed you have affects the tooltip lol.
