cannot interact with stacks of items

Is anyone else having trouble with stacks of items? For some reason as soon as I get two of any item that is stacked I can no longer interact with the stack. I cannot sell,split or refine the only option is to discard. This is fine for junk but am rapidly running out of space, especially with all the event items. Has anyone come across this before.

I have seen where you cannot start refining items that are stacked and need to split them before you refine but this sound much worse. If you listed some example items it may help shed some light on the issue.

First stack in my bags is rank 5 azures stack of 15. I press Y to split the stack, the slider bar comes up and allows me to move from 1-15 but the A button ( the confirm button) is greyed out so cannot select a amount. Is the same for trying to refine from the stack. If I choose a artifact, go to refine, brings up the five refinement slots,click on first slot, brings up all available refinement when I choose the azures the slider bar comes up allowing me to move from 1-15 but again A is greyed out so I can't confirm the action. My next stack is 39 portable alters if I go to a merchant, select sell, choose alters, slider bar appears allows me to move 1-39 but A is greyed out so can't confirm the sale. This is the same for every stack I have in my inventory. Only started happening yesterday so wondered if anyone was having issues or do I need to get on to support.

I have had the odd instance where I became unable to do anything with stacks of items the A button would not light up for some reason and I had to shut down the game completely and restart it to fix the issue not sure if its the same issue youre mentioning here
