ARC Launcher not recognizing Neverwinter?

So i tried to launch Neverwinter today and it sent me to the ARC launcher like it normally does but Neverwinter didnt launch. Upon investigation ARC Launcher doesnt show any games installed on my computer. So i went to my NW folder and launched the game from the .exe file and game starts just fine but still doesnt show in ARC launcher. tried scanning for it and it doesnt show up, tried to install it and it wont let me... Anyone know how to fix this issue? (and please no uninstall arc launcher, or use steam comments, i like arc launcher for my own reasons)

i also wanted to get the arc rewards so i installed arc launcher, but it seems it does not recognize NW if not installed from within arc itself

anyone has a solution for this problem?

right now its not recognizing it at all. I installed it through Arc, neither has been uninstalled but Arc isn't recognizing it at all
