All items from winter festival bags dropping bound to character

I've been opening gifts since the beginning of the winter festival and up till today everything that dropped for my was unbound. I opened 16 bags today and several companions along with a crystal charger and forge hammer of gond dropped bound to my character. Is this a bug and not intended to happen? I have a friend who's been having the same problem too.

    Stuff from the "Starlight Parcels" that you get from the Zen store will usually have unbound items. Anything you get from the "Starlight Bags" from the Gifts of Simril is bound to character by design. It's not a bug.

    kreatyve: Usually... I open gift from zen store and get bound character blue horse. Now i cant discard it or sell it.
