Starlight bag bug?

Tonight I also noticed that when swapping gifts the starlight bags were super,super rare to get and upon opening them,approximately 12 to 15 of them most only contained fireworks n lanterns and r5 en in one I got a fashion orb,that was the top tier pull,and the fortune stars were scarce as well.very noticeably less than yesterday. The whole process just seemed way off,the parcels,the starlight bags, the stars,drop rates and overall chances at the higher tier guarantees.
