Two things on this subject.

1. Is there a plan to fix the fact that once the artifact gets to epic we have to use regular refinement to get it to legendary?

2. Did the stat boost change? I swear they were higher the other day but I could be confusing it with something else... But I swear it had a much higher power boost a few days ago... anyone else notice a change or am I losing my mind? Lol l

    1 - I have a feeling they may have considered this, but didn't get around to it. The Halloween artifact was modified to go to legendary, but this one was not.

    2 - No idea, sorry.

    If you get it to legendary with regular, does that allow it to be used to refine other artifacts?

    At the simril map you will be scaled to lvl 60 and so will be the stats, they will be lowered as well.
