"Control Bonus" stat not working?

Hi everyone,
my main character is a Control Wizard and... well, i feel something bad about the Control Bonus stat. I have Valindra's Set complete, so that give me in fact a 15% of control bonus (so poor but well..), when i see the stats, what a surprise, i don't see numbers changed. I tryied to fight with enemys with the set complete, and incomplete, and i don't make difference. Why?, but this is not the end... if a take a few companions they give me a Control Bonus stat... everything still there, i can't see a difference. So... it's that a bug?
