Unable to Purchase 1000 Zen option

Don't know if this is the right section, so please move it if not.
I have literally just purchased 500 Zen with no issue. As I'm after buying 3500 Zen, I was then going to purchase the 1000 and 2000 Zen options, but when I click on the 1000 Zen option, it greys out and doesn't load the relevant purchase options. The 2000 Zen option works fine.
I can easily bypass this by buying two 500 Zen packs with no monetary loss, but I thought I'd make you aware of this first.
