Helltouched?

I don't know if its happening to anyone else, but I've noticed that feat isn't working for me. I've literally round up a bunch of mobs to hit me and see if the helltouched curse appears over their heads (which indicates that the helltouched feat is working), but I haven't seen it pop up. Its like something happened within a week or so because I used to see if appear and now its not appearing. Can someone confirm to me if its still working or its bugged out? Thanks!

    I just checked it. The debuff works, they just changed its icon. Now it's a yellow dashing guy, for some reason.

    But do you see a Red Curse on top of the monster when it attacks? From what I read it should be everytime they hit you? They didn't specify a percentage or other requirements?
