enchants vs runestones

I cannot find for the life of me any kind of chart or viable data that shows how much each runestone is worth in refinement.
Does that meant that a rank 7 runestone carries the same refinement values as a rank 7 enchantment? Or are runestones more?
Just curious if anyone has any kind of data showing this.

I had a friend check in game and they are the same value. Hopefully this answers someone else's question down the road.
