I tested Simiril holiday Helper, it's broken

I made a new character, completed intro, went to enclave and claimed the helper, equipped it, leveled to fifteen character level, went to the winter festival, came up to the NPC to claim initial quest.
This quest is for 325 light of simiril, the screen shows 455 under rewards in the Complete Quest screen at the first visit to the mayor. 325 with forty percent added is 455 so that is correct in the UI. However when I claim it, the number changes back to 325 and I only receive 325 in inventory. Also reward notify in chat box confirms 325 added and it shows in riches.
