What do I do with Ostorian Relics?

Tried to do a search on the PS4 forum but it kept coming back with posts on the PC forum. Gave up, hence the question.

the vendors are the guy standing next to the crate that gives you your trowel. In Bryn, he's top of the steps of the covered patio when you spawn in. Lonely, he's in one of the shacks on the wharf. 2nd or 3rd to the left of the pier when you spawn in. Cold Run, he's on the same side of the cave that the guy who gives the FBI quest.

Well, the answer is the same PC or PS4. You trade them with the vendor for voninblod.

Thanks but where are the vendors? I couldn't find them. The place names would indicate Ebon but where? I went to two of the places and never found these particular characters. And what is "voninblod" for?
On the other hand, I may just sell them and be done with it. Thanks again for taking the time to reply.
