So I was swapping over gear from one character to another and deleted 5 items tht wasn't cheap I didn't mean to obvs it was a normal neg 2 rank 9 aruze and 2 rank 9 dragon hoard enchants I'm wondering if there is a way for me to get them back

You can try your luck submitting a support ticket.

But the chance that they'll compensate you for accidentally deleting something is a bit like the RNG throughout this game.

They make it too easy to delete stuff or screw it up in different ways (my favorite is the couple lovely ways that using BtC ingredients / transmogs can make your BtA items BtC).
