Upgrading Storm King's Weapons

Getting a group to go to any of the Storm King's dungeons is difficult. Requiring members to have 2800 item level seems a lie too. Have you even tested all the dungeons yourselves? With this regard, can we have other ways to get the reagents needed in upgrading the weapons please?
Suggested ways:
1. Rewards from doing big HE in the Sea of Moving Ice map
2. Chest rewards from map in the bottle
3. Tradable or can be sold at AH
4. From lockboxes
5. From invocation coffers
