Professions - crafting gemmed items? - bug?

ok man, i am against whining but i have tried to craft this week 6 berserker exquisite gemmed pants and 3 berserker exquisite gemmed chainmail in 2 the characters i have, i craft in groups of 3 and out of the nine, nine were non gemmed.

how with a 60% chance does this happens, i been playing only for 1 year but this is weird!!
Thats too much bad luck! has this happen to someone else? is this a bug?

    if u are using epic tools to increase the chance and still the percentange isnt 100%, then u need a legendary tool from the forgehammer artifact, i tried to get the gemmed adamant rings, belt and necklace to my companion and no luck on getting the ones with the offence/defence slot

    To give those rings/belts/Necklaces two slots, you need a gemmed version, and then run the task to "personalise" them, which will make them double slotted (and BtC)

    Random numbers in this game are buggy as hell. Took me 11 attempts to get one of my gemmed items and I've had 4 once in a lifetime unlikely events in an afternoon more than once.

    Just had another, fishing in the winter event, green pole, green holes, 14 consecutive fish get away in the last 2 minutes dropping me from 2nd to 5th.

    Yeah, professions rng and masterworks especially, is erm... dubious, took my friend 5 attempts to make me some umbral gear, even with a mythic gond artifact givlng 75% total chance.
    No idea what my toon is now.

    i was refering to the one slot only items so much low percentage from 4xepic tools that waste of time to craft them as substitute to loyal gear
