Report Spam no longer working

Report spam doesnt work anymore, when i try to report gold spammer it does nothing, doesnt add them to ignore list. I think my ignore list must be full or something, is there any where we can check this ignore list on Xbox ?

Report using the normal selection does file a ticket number, but still doesnt add to ignore list.
Main - IccyAsd Lvl70 (GF 4249)
Alt - Freaya Lvl70 (CW 33XX)
Alt - Demonic Iccy Lvl70 (TR 27XX)

    Yea I second that. A fix is needed indeed for this one. Still a lot I mean A VERY LOT of those third website spammers in PE. I always go to their XBL profile too and block them and report them there but they seem to come back. :/ Please address this issue!
