can't get access to sea of moving ice, main stuck in limbo half way patched , cant get any further and cant use my maiin anymore , any help would be welcome

Can you explain your issue a bit better?
Are you unable to load up you main character, with a patch halting during map load?

If so, try going to settings on the game launcher before logging on to your account, and unchecked "patch on demand", this will force the launcher to patch everything before starting up the game, and as an added bonus, you should be able to run the game a little more smooth after doing this.

If that doesn't work, try to load you character, and before the loading crashes, press ALT + F4, forcing the game client to shut down. Start up the game again, load your character, and if the game then asks about starting up in safe mode (should happend before it attempts to load map), choose safe mode. This will move your character to Protector's Enclave.
You might have to do this several times before it asks about safe mode.

If this is not what you're experiencing, please explain further.
If it is, but none of these things fixes it, submit a ticket to customer support, explaining what's happening to you, and what you tried to do to fix it yourself. They should be able to pull your character out of limbo.
