Where does this artifact come from besides dread ring? I got one somewhere that wasnt in the dread ring ( i cant even make an adamantine gauntlet yet) and i cant figure out where it came from. Does it possible drop out of a lockbox and if so which one?

    The artifact box from glorious resurgency (or whatever it's called) can drop it.
    Probably others as well.

    It also dropped from a recent Event box/chest/whatever-the-reward-was called. I got a complete Lathander Set that way, i.e. Greater Cloak, Greater Belt and Eye of.

    I believe the challenge of the gods event had boxes earned daily. I remember getting an entire Lathanders set that way. I'm sure it was that event.
