LVL 70 Cap

Hey world-

What is up with the character level capping out at 70? I've been playing since FEB 2016 and heard that the devs increased the cap from 60 or 65 to 70. Why hasn't this increased, or is the game not designed to move past 70, but adds new content to keep things fresh?

    Since the game is un-balanced a level increase is the last thing on their mind.
