Hello Arcgames, I am a fellow Neverwinter fan who enjoys playing the game a lot, but I am having some major issues, and I'm sure that I'm not alone when I discuss it.
First off, our newest class is the paladin, which has been released for months, maybe a year or two, but I'm sure that all people of Neverwinter of all consoles are expecting more classes to come, especially the monk and bard. The bard has been mentioned several times throughout the game, not to mention owning a companion who is also a bard. I am sure we are all wanting more options to choose as it creates more comps and more valuable choices, which people would perhaps be buying more zen for their character slots to try out the new class.
Second is the PvP system. It is severely unbalanced and very unfair. You are always queued with such high item leveled people who have insane gear and enchantments equipped to where you would be so useless. You couldn't do damage, nor would you be able to take damage, which is very unfair for those who want to play PvP fairly. It becomes very upsetting for a lot of people, especially me because I'm a huge PvP type of guy. I have a big suggestion that you should make the queueing system based on your item level for people who are at max lvl, which is 70 at the moment. Such as like a 150 ilvl difference max, just something, anything! Anything to create balance and satisfaction for the players of Neverwinter in all consoles.
Please Arc, I know you have the power and potential to make these things happen, so please make them happen. Not just for me, but for all of the players as well.

And yes, at a minimum I would like to see some sort of over under IL break down for PVP when the item level can go anywhere for 1500 up to 4K, that is too big of a range and lowers the fun for everyone. I would also like to see a few more domination maps.
The trouble with being too granular on the queue matching is it causes delays in finding a match and there could be a way to fake out an item level matching mechanism such as taking gear off, Q and then put gear back on...etc...there are lots of posts about suggestions to improve the PVP experience, the solo Q was fun and made some better matching while it lasted.
