So its been 5 days of posting on all of your social media sites and still NOT one person has responded to us, I know others are having the same issues and that is WE bought Knox's 70 pack and have not received it!!! I have spoke to Live chat, posted on every social media site, filed my ticket and am still ignored. Not once have we been told anything from you and we missed the whole double weekend which in the end cost you and this is how. I have 2 characters that I lvled from 1 to 70 and one that is 66. One of which is over 3500 gear scored. So I figured that a premade lvl 70 paladin with two bags, mount and boons unlocked was a deal at 3K Zen. After I claimed I WAS going to pay for others boons to be unlocked seeing they WERE also on sale. BUT because I tried everything and was not able to claim I refused to purchase more Zen. So thank you for ignoring us, even an acknowledgement that you knew of the issues and we would taken care of would have helped. I know personally that from here on out I will be hesitant to purchase anything else seeing how this whole experience has been disappointing. Extra money to some of us is not easy to obtain and when we take a few dollars for ourselves to enjoy on a product to only have the product not delivered is a major let down.

The premade character should display in your "character creation" screen. Go in game and select "Change character" then look for "create premade level 70 character" or something like that.

I had to go into character selection twice for it to work myself as it was not there the first time.

Me and a few others have been doing that since last Friday, it just doesnt show up for us.
