This is an amusing bug.
How to replicate:
1. Begin creation of a new character or take an existing character to the Tower of Alteration.
2. In the Body Scaling menu, attempt to slide the "Breast Size" slider to the left or right.
Observed result:
1. The slider jumps back to the middle of the range.
Expected result:
1. The slider should be adjustable to any point on the range.

Fortunately, I can still give characters big hands for crushing enemies.
