[PC]Constant Rubberbanding? Disconnects? Read THIS easy fix

If you're like me, and have been getting nearly relentless "Server Not Responding" and Disconnect errors, do this easy fix:

Navigate Windows to your "Neverwinter Online" install folder, delve into the "Neverwinter_en" and "Neverwinter" folders under that to reach the guts of the program. What you are looking for is a folder called "Live". Open that and find the ".patch" and "cache" folders inside. Delete all the .hogg and other files inside those 2 folders.

Now run Neverwinter and be amazed at how smooth and error-free your gaming experience can be.

As an addendum, this technique is also how you solve problems connecting to the account server when you are logged in but unable to see any of your chars. Apparently, some build updates get wonky with references to old files, and clearing the patch and cache folders makes the client re-download the correct stuff.
